Providing services for uninterrupted and high-quality energy for over 22 million consumers in 14 provinces, Enerjisa Distribution Companies were honored with “The Most Commendable” award for the Websites of the Distribution Companies in the category of “The Best Digital Solution” in the 16th Turkey Call Center Awards 2023.
As part of the 16th Turkey Call Center Awards 2023, in which the most successful companies offering Customer Relations Management (CRM) services compete, criteria including technology, social media and data utilization, quality management, customer and employee experience as well as digital solutions were considered.
Granted “The Most Commendable” award for the Websites of the Distribution Companies in the category of “The Best Digital Solution,” Enerjisa Distribution Companies, i.e., Başkent EDAŞ, Ayedaş and Toroslar EDAŞ, once again proved the success of their technology- and customer-satisfaction-oriented strategies.
