Toroslar EDAŞ continues its ongoing investments in Hatay Arsuz in its new operation centre. With the new operation centre, breakdowns are expected to be responded more swiftly, while the customer satisfaction rates are increased.
Continuing its investments to provide a higher quality and uninterrupted energy service to its customers, Toroslar EDAŞ held an inauguration ceremony for the opening of the new operation centre in Arsuz, Hatay.
The inauguration ceremony of the Operation Centre was attended by Asaf Güven, Arsuz Mayor, Osman Güngör, Leader of Tes-Is Union Adana Branch, and the committee consisting of the headmen in the region, as well as Mehmet Kayacı, Distribution Director at Toroslar EDAŞ, and company executives.
Swifter responses to breakdowns
During the summer season, electricity consumption in Arsuz, one of the prominent tourism attraction centres in Hatay, almost triples due to the high temperatures and relative AC usage.
During these periods, swifter responses to any possible breakdowns in the electricity distribution grid due to record-breaking temperatures becomes more and more important. The breakdowns in the region had been responded by the operation centre in Iskenderun in the previous periods.
The new centre built in Arsuz will result in swifter responses, hence, higher quality and uninterrupted energy supply, which is expected to increase customer satisfaction.
